Nanni Cope' Sabbie di Sopra il Bosco 2011 (4.7/5)

Notes: It appears to deep black purple, with good legs. On the nose it's clean and offers, with med+ intensity, red and black cherries, earthy notes and spices, savoury hints of black olives and herbs, mineral crushed stones, the wine keeps evolving in the glass with a mutable complexity difficult to catch.
On the palate is dry, with solid and refreshing acidity supporting the pure and pulpy fruit, fine grained tannic structure, medium alcohol, med+ body, great flavor intensity and very good concentration of flavors on the mid palate towards a med+ finish.
Outstanding quality. It is approachable Now but will keep evolving for a decade.  Premium Price, 90% Pallagrello Nero, 5% Aglianico, 5% Casavecchia, Terre del Volturno, Campania, Italy.
