Notes: It appears deep red purple, with good legs. The nose it's clean offering, with pronounced intensity, notes of brambles/blackberries and ripe raspberries, oriental smoky and spicy/balsamic hints from barrel ageing. On the palate is dry, with med/med+ acidity, med+ alcohol, medium tannins, medium+ to full body with nice focus on fruit on the mid palate and a medium+ finish. Very Aussie Shiraz, yet with considerable finesse.
Very Good quality, the wine delivers a lot of pleasure right now but has the backbone to keep for the next 5-10 years. Premium Price. Shiraz, Clare Valley, Australia.
