Notes: It appears clear, pale lemon green with watery rim. On the nose it's clean offering floral notes of blossoms and elderflower with a distinctive rising sourdough bread background. Medium intensity and developing. On the palate is off dry, with balanced medium acidity, medium- alcohol, medium body with very good mid palate given by the sur-lies permanence, medium flavor intensity. Round and moderately persistent finish.
Good quality, Drink Now or in the next couple of years, Mid Price. Melon Blanc. Muscadet Sevre et Maine 'sur-lie', Loire, France.
