Notes: It appears clear, medium lemon, with watery rim. On the nose it's clean offering medium+ intensity of citrus, elderflower, white flat peaches, pears, bacon and brioche notes. Good Complexity. On the palate is dry, medium+ acidity, medium body and intensity, citrus notes, acacia flowers and very creamy buttery texture (batonage on oak), medium+ finish.
Very Good quality, Over-perform for the money. Drink Now or hold few years. High Price. Chardonnay, Cote Chalonnaise, Burgundy, Frnace.
